서비스 약관
1. 서비스 내용
Reena(이하 "앱")는 사용자가 자신의 Google Drive에 저장한 오디오 파일을 탐색하고 재생할 수 있게 해 주는 개인용 음악 플레이어입니다. 앱은 무료로 제공되며 유료 기능이나 광고가 없습니다.
2. 이용 조건
- 앱을 사용하려면 Google 계정이 필요하며, Google 계정과 Google Drive 이용에는 Google 서비스 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
- 사용자는 앱으로 재생하는 콘텐츠를 이용할 정당한 권리를 갖고 있어야 합니다. 저작권을 침해하는 용도로 앱을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 앱을 역설계하여 Google API를 남용하거나, Google의 정책을 위반하는 방식으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 사용자 데이터
앱은 Google Drive를 읽기 전용으로만 사용하며, 사용자의 데이터를 개발자의 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 소프트웨어 라이선스
앱은 오픈 소스 미디어 플레이어 IINA와 mpv, FFmpeg를 기반으로 하며, 각 구성 요소는 해당 오픈 소스 라이선스(GPLv3, LGPL 등)를 따릅니다.
5. 보증의 부인
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 중단 없는 작동, 오류가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. Google Drive 서비스의 장애나 정책 변경으로 앱의 일부 또는 전부가 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
6. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불가로 인해 발생한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 약관의 변경과 서비스 종료
개발자는 이 약관을 바꾸거나 앱 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.
8. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

1. The service
Reena ("the app") is a personal music player that lets you browse and play audio files stored in your own Google Drive. The app is free and has no paid features or advertising.
2. Conditions of use
- You need a Google account to use the app. Your use of your Google account and Google Drive is also governed by the Google Terms of Service.
- You must have the right to use the content you play with the app. Do not use the app to infringe copyright.
- Do not reverse-engineer the app to abuse Google APIs or use it in any way that violates Google's policies.
3. Your data
The app accesses Google Drive read-only and never sends your data to the developer's servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Software licenses
The app is built on the open-source media player IINA, mpv and FFmpeg; each component is distributed under its own open-source license (GPLv3, LGPL and others).
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. Outages or policy changes of Google Drive may cause the app to stop working in part or in full.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Changes and termination
The developer may change these terms or stop providing the app. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
